I keep coming back to this place because it's perfect for me. The staff here took care of my elderly parents on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything I need. Coming back for Christmas!

Efficient location, massage chair, free coffee and tea, clean and quiet, comfy bed, helpful staff.

Nothing it is perfect.

It allowed my family to easily surf the web and stay connected with friends and family. The kids loved being able to stream their favorite shows without any lag. It made our stay even more enjoyable!

For dads, it would be great if there were more recreational activities available for children.

I stayed at Napzone and it was perfect for my needs. The location was incredibly convenient, as my flight was leaving from the same building. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a power socket, light, and a small fan. They even provided a bottle of water. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. it was a convenient and comfortable experience for my eight-hour layover.

Convenient facilities, friendly staff, clean and comfortable pods with free water, complimentary tea, and wifi. Amazingly located in Terminal C, with helpful staff and free massage chairs.

The pods were super cool and comfortable, perfect for crashing after a long day of exploring Sepang. We loved that we could surf the web and stay connected with our friends back home. It was such a great value, we couldn't believe it!

The only thing we wished for was a common area where we could hang out and have some fun. It would have been amazing to meet other young people and maybe even have a mini party.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and easy to find. It was such a relief to be inside the terminal and not have to go through immigration again. The check-in and check-out process was lightning fast. The staff were super friendly and you can even enjoy a free massage on the massage sofa. The facilities were convenient for my purpose, and the place was clean. The actual pods were clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet. The value for money is jaw-dropping, especially compared to sleeping on the cold airport floor. The staff were exceptionally kind and lovely, and there is complimentary tea in the seating area. And for smokers, there is a smoking room conveniently located nearby.

The beds were pretty comfy, and there was free WiFi which was a bonus. The hotel was conveniently located within the airport, so it was easy to find and didn't require any additional transportation. Plus, they had a massage chair that was sooo amazing to use after a long flight.

One major downside was that there were no bathrooms or sinks in the sleeping area. If you needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night, you had to leave the designated area and venture into the public airport area to find a bathroom on another floor.
